COVID PROTOCOLS

The NEP is following guidance from the CDC and local health authorities, as well as following the protocols of our concert venues. As conditions related to COVID change, our policies may be updated.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

If you are experiencing symptoms or are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home. We will happily offer a refund for the price of your ticket.

BOX OFFICE & WILL CALL

The NEP box office and will call will be available at the concert, but we request you purchase tickets ahead of time. Audience members can purchase tickets online until 1 hour before the concert, and will have the option for a digital ticket or a print-at-home ticket.

Despite our extensive safety protocols, by attending an NEP concert you agree to assume all risk of injury or illness in connection with your attendance.
